About
Growing up in the vibrant and ever-evolving city of New York, I was constantly inspired by the architectural diversity that surrounded me. From towering skyscrapers to hidden, beautifully designed spaces, I developed a deep fascination with how structures shape human experience. This passion led me to study architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I spent seven transformative years earning my Master's degree
Academic Experience
During my time at SCAD, I immersed myself in design principles, exploring how art and architecture can coexist harmoniously. It was here that I discovered my love for creating organic and tactile designs, particularly using macrame, a traditional knotting technique. I was captivated by how these woven installations could transform spaces, bringing nature and craft into dialogue with the built environment.

Now, I work as a junior architect at Snøhetta, one of the most innovative and interdisciplinary architecture firms in the world. Here, I’ve had the opportunity to blend my architectural background with my passion for handcrafted designs.

One of my proudest projects at Snøhetta was when our founder, Craig Dykers, assigned me the task of creating a macramé plant screen for the office. The installation—a complex web of knots and suspended plants—was more than just a decorative element. It redefined the workspace, serving as a functional room divider that enhanced both the aesthetic and the atmosphere of the office.
